Gunamnex and Roland, upon arriving near the domain of the Dark Bloodline, conceal themselves once again.

"I see they are finally out now"

"Yes, but Yuki seems to be off today"

"Perhaps she's thinking of you" Roland says mockingly.

"Ha ha, only you would kid at a time like this"

"Remember your exam though? I swear you faceplanted 12 times in that course I set up for you"

"Don't remind me of that"

The two stand silent now in the training field, their eyes watching the young wielders being looked over by their master.

<Yeah, but I'm doing POVs. I've done Kuroyuki's, and done half of Byakurai's, and I just finished it. Next up is Homura's. Then each exam would be up for each character respectivly. With it ending with Kuroyuki.

<Lets just say that if you enjoyed it, you'd be spending way less time on here. I use to play most of them when I was younger, and was barely into the first wii version when I stopped playing them. There's a second wii one that is based on the first wii one's system, but vastly improved in gameplay and whatnot. I'm getting rather bored with most other kinds of games, but I don't know if I should jump back into Harvest Moon>

<Yep, it's a "do what you want, with some plot/event quest to expand what you can do" kind of game. I'm going to track down a copy of the 2nd Wii one, simply because I miss the series so much. The first wii one, Tree of Tranquility, was frustrating because of the fast speed of time and the ridiculous plot/event quests that required items that are a pita to get. The second wii game, Animal Parade, has the slowest speed of time ever in the HM series (like, you can actually finish your daily farm routine before noon easily and time stops when inside buildings and in other situations) and the plot quests are a bit more reasonable (except for if you forget to get a specific item from the last season for whatever plot quests you have to do). I've never really gone all through one HM game yet, but hopefully this one will draw my attention enough during my downtime this summer when not working.>

<Did I forget to mention that in HM Animal Parade, you can ride most of your large farm animals instead of just a horse. Who doesn't want to charge into the main town riding a cow or ostrich, lol.>

Nexas raised his scythe upward as it disappeared into a black and red mist and started to circle around the white voided room at a high speed.

Shaos saw the blast of intense heat energy of the non-existant heart of the traitor. He Tucked his katana in and threw it through the Dark Firaga and at Erntxt. The katana weakened the fire in size as it directly hit into Shaos' body.

"Tell me....why are you doing this?" Shaos questioned the motives of his opponent.

Daniel responded by leaping around the room like a madman trying to catch it.

<LMAO, I meant the black and red mist that used to be a scythe started to circle the room; not Nexas.>

As Xonchilas appeared in front of Erntxt and attempted a stab with his lance, he unknowingly blocked the path of Shaos' sword and took it himself, followed by the opposing Nobody's Keyblade entering his chest. As Xonchilas faded, all of his power flowed in to him. A sadistic grin then made it's way across Erntxt's face, both sue to the power and the question from his only standing opponent.

"That's why," Erntxt stated, his grin not flickering in the slightest, "All that power, coursing through my veins."

Erntxt then rushed at his opponent, prepared to slash him through. But, just as he was a few feet from Shaos, something flew by and knocked him away. He looked up to see one of Astaroth's underlings grabbing Shaos and enveloping him in darkness, both of them disappearing without a trace. "ASTAROOOOOTH," Erntxt cried in complete outrage.

Meanwhile,

Shaos was dropped in the Shadow Dimension, directly in front of it's most powerful inhabitants. "You are the last hope for defeating him," Astaroth stated solemnly.

"This has gone on long enough, Astaroth!" Kenshutsu shouted, "It was your decision to bring Darkhold in as a Defender, despite all of my warning you not to! I won't let you make another mistake leading to our downfall!"

"You don't have to," Mortem stated, leaning forward on his scythe, "The two of us together will be able to transfer your power as well as our own."

"Agreed, but the fellow deserves an explanation," Astaroth stated, turning to Shaos, "You are about to receive a much larger portion of our power. This will put you at even terms with Erntxt. Afterwards, you must stop him from defeating us and destroy him. Are you ready?"

Shaos stood up and readjusted his black coat. He open his eyes in determination and proclaimed "I have been ready since the beginning. Just two questions: After I defeat Erntxt, will the fallen Defenders of the Shadows be reborn?"

"I'm afraid not," Mortem stated, a look of sympathy in his eyes, "Only their power will be freed and returned to us. What is your second question?"

Shaos gave a disapointed sigh, "What would happen if I fall in defeat to Erntxt?"

"He'll come after the three of us," Kenshutsu answered, fury in his voice, but his associates could clearly see the fear in his eyes, "After that, even I can't see what he'll do."

"If that's all, it is time for you to receive the power," Astaroth said, stretching out his hands, one towards Shaos and the other towards Mortem. Mortem did the same, his and Astaroth's hands only a few feet apart.

Suddenly, a surge of power surged from the hands aimed at Shaos, while the other hands seemed to be channeling a similar surge coming from Kenshutsu's body. The powers hit Shaos dead on, but instead of causing pain, as one would expect, it empowered him. With each passing second, the Shadows seemed to shrink. By the time the three power surges had ended, the three beings were down to half their original size, each of them panting heavily and hunched over. "It is done. You now have the power you need to defeat this abomination. Kenshutsu, find him. He wouldn't have stayed in the same place he was before."

Kenshutsu focused for a few minutes and then said, "He left to a place out of my range, but he left the Dark Corridor he used to get there open."

"He wants to be found," Astaroth stated, "Unfortunately, you'll have to spring the trap. Be ready for anything. Erntxt is an intelligent man. Don't expect him to simply attack you with a blind assault."

Shaos stood there quietly. Staring at his hands in both determination and power.

"Is this how he feels? Power sorcing through him? To be honest it makes me sick. How could he extiguish the lives upon those fellow Defenders for this feeling? This power. I don't like it one bit. But, if this is the only way how I could defeat him, then let it be. Erntxt's sins shall be clensed"

"This dimension increases your power on exponential levels," Astaroth stated, "Erntxt is aware of this, and, given his sense of pleasure, it wouldn't surprise me if he tried to lure you here. Now-" Astaroth created a Dark Corridor next to Shaos, "-that will take you to the open Dark Corridor Erntxt left behind."

"And don't worry about Chernabog," Kenshutsu assured, "He seems to have retreated into Bald Mountain."

Shaos turned to the corridor and entered it, as he exit it to the area before, his shadow clone shot through to him and took his rightful place a shadow as Shaos entered the Dark Corridor Erntxr.

Shaos emerged directly in front of Memory's Skyscraper, the Corridor closing behind him. As this happened, a dark figure glared down at him from the top of the skyscraper. "You die now!" Erntxt shouted, summoning his bronze Keyblade and leaping down, Keyblade extended and ready for the kill. <Think when Vanitas takes down Aqua at the KG.>

Shaos saw the traitor of his and kneeled down and jumped at blinding speed and left a black shadowy blur of darkness as he made his way to Erntxt. <Sonic Shadow in actuality.> it seem almost in slow-motion as Shaos slowed down and came to focus he turned 360 degrees and locked bladed with his opponent.

Erntxt glared in would-be rage and charged his entire left arm with darkness, unleashing a deadly punch to his opponent's stomach.

Shaos was given an darkness amplified punch to the gut, in responds he gave a left hook to the cheek of the power hungry Defender.

<So, choose. Are they falling upside down, or did this happen so fast they're still in the middle of the TV screen?>
