Adachi in a bit of a hurry to get back to his homeworld with his cousin, and he's not really an aggressive force. He basically helped out in one critical area, helped out a bit after that, and now he's basically ineffectual unless Org.XIII attacks CR before he goes home.

Rexial is currently busy being ineffectual with King Mickey, but that should change soon. But I digress... this is supposed to be the Game Talk topic.

Guys, about P4Arena... how the hell do Yosuke, Chie, and Yukiko's stories make sense?! I haven't seen past the Cliffhangers on each of them, but they blatantly contradict each other, and it seems like Yu's story is the most canon one. I have yet to see any of the other stories yet, and I'm having to settle for watching the cutscenes on YouTube, as I don't own ANY system that can play the game, and I'm not even really done with Yukiko's story yet, but...

It shows signs of an interconnected story (Akihiko blasting Kanji through a wall in Chie's story, Yosuke asking Naoto what she's doing there in his "we're all here for you" scene, when she's supposed to be busy on another job -and getting a "er, um, pay attention to the enemy!" response- , Teddie escorting Miss President around...) but Chie, Yosuke, and Yukiko's stories all act as though the whole thing centers around them! And then Chie's Alternate Ending doesn't make sense, as it results in her waking up outside the TV with the other three pissed off at her for screwing up.

The whole thing is just confusing! It has the elements of a deception, and the enemy is noted to be able to mess with their senses, but how could the enemy mess with everybody in such an elaborate way as to give them all individual stories!?

AND WHY DOES AKIHIKO CARE SO MUCH ABOUT A BEEF BOWL!?

*Ahem* Sorry, my ability to process illogical things semi-logically just kind of exploded in my head. Please ignore the fluid that is now leaking from my skull while I get that section replaced.

But my point is, does any story offer an explanation for how these individual stories all happen at once? I know the other characters will be at least different, as they're not part of the initial four, but will we ever know the reason, or do we have to assume that it's for the sake of having a Yosuke, Chie, and Yukiko story mode? I mean, it's neat to see their thought processes, and how they interact with Yu, but...

...How the hell have we not heard about this yet!? This is kind of a big deal, going and making what is basically an MMORPG about the Keyblade War! Also! What'sUp, if I end up playing it, I'd better see one of your characters! And Maverick, yours too! ...It says that it's free-to-play, and you can purchase extra things with real money, so expect all balance to go out the window...

I dunno whether to be excited or OUTRAGED. Are we actually going to learn anything about the Keyblade War? Or is it just an excuse to make a game? I get the feeling we'll get to see certain elements of it firsthand, which is nice, but...

Well, you start off with pre-picked Champions, and honestly the game will immediately and hilariously punish you for screwing up. Other than that, though, it's kinda fun.

I suppose that I would be a part of the Anguis faction, though sadly I most likely cannot play.  Also cards, bloody cards again!  Quite disappointed in the keyblade designs.  I mean, all the faction leaders have the same keychain...

I haven't even kept up on KH game news, never even played 3D.

Ack, I forgot that you hadn't played 3D... and that game had some critical pieces of plot, and revealed certain things about how everything worked that were, y'know, critical pieces of information. Actually, I think you managed to guess something correctly about it, but I won't spoil it if you don't want me to.

I'm sure that it won't be half as cool as any texts you or What'sUp write for that time period. Speaking of, you haven't added to Roland's travelling chronicle lately, huh? You're probably pretty busy now.

The sad thing is, I know more about 3D then possibly what most who have played it know...

My own thoughts regarding the Keyblade War were sadly not stolen/modified for this web game.  It seems a bit too docile, even for Kingdom Hearts.  Like some of the new heartless designs though.

I haven't written much lately (not even for the FFCC topic on gamefaqs).  The most recent writing is an OC that I made for the Hidan no Aria series on the Animesuki forum (guess the lad's name, as I am completely unoriginal lately with names).

The game I've been playing lately is Fortune Street. SO. PISSED OFF. AT WALUIGI. He gets a card, basically like Chance cards in Monopoly, saying he can go anywhere he wants on the board. So where does he choose? One of my spaces, pays me 500G, the most he ended up paying in the ENTIRE game, and forcibly bought me out. That entire game, Waluigi did nothing except screw me over at every opportunity. I tried giving him money, he says no, I try exchanging shops, he says no. He lands on my shit? "Oh, did you want this shop? TOO BAD, WALUIGI TIME!"
