Lance looked bewildered by Dante's action, "Who? Are you talking to Dante?"

Maya smiled wide poking Lily to make sure she was tangible, "Who's your ghosty friend, Dante? Maya wants to know~!" She cooed in a singsong voice.

Lance arched an eyebrow, "Either they're both hallucinating about the same thing or Maya made Dante go crazy though I doubt the latter."

Aleri was walking up to the gates when he saw Dante, Lance, and Maya. "Heeeey! Lance, Dante, Maya! What's up?"

Why do I feel incredibly uncomfortable? Like there's a fifth person here... A feminine presense. A really creepy one... Brrr!

Nick nodded opening the hatch for them, "That'd probably be for the best." He let them both out before letting the hatch close behind them.

"Maya this is Lily, Lily this is Maya" Dante said introducing his...ghostly friend. "I'm his first love" Lily said patting his head. Dante face palmed. "Keep telling yourself that" he grumbled.

Maya cocked her head to the side, "First love? Isn't Dante... a little young for that? Maya think Lily is wierd." She said the statement straightfaced confusing the ever-loving hell out of Lance.

"Alright then... Hey, Aleri!" Lance called trying to ignore the odd situation.

Aleri snapped his fingers, casting a low-power optical spell. "...Ah, I can see her now. Dante, I'm kind glad I'm not you right now. I mean, it must suck to have a girl who's invisible following you everywhere, making sexual remarks. I mean, I'm sure I could scare her off if it was me she was following around, but... You're pretty much stuck with her."

He turned his head to Lance. "Oh, yeah, hey. Uh..." He searched for a conversation piece. His one day off and he didn't have anythiing to talk about with his friends... He looked up at the sky, trying to put together a comment about the weather. "...Uh, Lance, were you expecting a visitor? There's a Gummi Ship approaching."

"Yes Maya I'm only nine! Lily won't stop talking to me, I can't even banish her to the new life!" He complained. Lily giggles. "Please Dante, you know you don't want me to go hon" she said then looked at Maya. "Well I think your a lovely girl" was all the ghost said. Dante looked around. "It's like having a talking chimera as a traveling companion...except she's f***ing delusional"

"Y-You!" A loud, deep growl echoed in the air as Sylvia charged to a halt in front of the crowd by the gates, almost charging headlong into a long-haired individual. "W-whoa, sorry Lady." Sylvia hastily apologized with harsh breaths, barely sparing a glance at him as she turned to Lance with a harsh glare. "You said there weren't any new shipments coming in, but I just saw a ship landing near the castle. What the hell you playing at?"

Lance looked bewildered, "Listen there AREN'T any shipments coming in. I don't know what the hell that ship is doing here. Look, you want to come with me to check it out? Be my guest." He said plainly as he turned and headed toward the hangar.

Maya smiled, "Oh, Maya can help then." A strip of duct tape materialized itself over Lily's mouth silencing her, "Now, she's still crazy like Maya but not as loud." She smiled slightly and dove into Lance's shadow following him.

Nick nodded hearing footsteps from down the hallway, "Looks like we have some company." Nick commented waiting for the group to arrive.

"Huh," Archer's crimson eyes narrowed. "I'm detecting multiple power signatures, couple of strange lifeforms and stuff. They don't look hostile but I'll be ready just in case." She stood by Nick's side, waiting for the crowd to reach them.

"Damn straight I'm coming..." Sylvia grumbled, as she quickly followed after Lance, her eyes widening as she watched Maya disappear in the young King's shadow. "W-whoa, where'd she go?" She asked with a look of bewilderment, temporarily forgetting about the ship as she looked up at Lance in shock.

Dante grinned at the silence of the spirit. "Thank god" he said. Lily gave him flipped him the bird, glaring. Dante mocked a pout. "Don't be like that!" He said stroking her cheek with one hand, making her relax. "But I'm not removing the tape" he added. Lily's muffled tone didn't insist but it was two words anyone could understand.

Aleri looked at the strange girl who had just run into him. "E-excuse me!? 'Lady'? You don't mean me, do you?" He snickered at Lily's new inability to speak before running ahead of the group, into the castle.

When they reached the castle, they found him standing at the door, looking panicked. "I forgot, I can't navigate the castle to save my life! Which way is the hangar?"

Eoni walked up, rolling his eyes. "Follow me idoit" he said as he dragged him in Lances direction without missing a beat. Dante dicided to follow, just because Lily was going to annoy him didn't mean he had to suffer alone.

"Heart Station. She's an illusionist but she somehow has the ability to enter people's hearts through thier shadows. She uses mine as a sort of safe haven where she doesn't get bothered by anyone." Lance explained quickly as they rounded the corner seeing Nick and Archer exiting the hanger, the door closing behind them.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Lance looked surprisedby Nick's sudden arrival.

"Got dumped of in Traverse Town when I got swallowed by the heartless. Oh, this is Archer. She's in the same boat I am." Nick explained.

"Ah, I see it!" Aleri slipped out of Enixo's grip, skidded around the corner, and entered the Hangar. "Hey, I don't know any of you people."

"Who else would I mean?" Sylvia snapped back, not deigning to look behind her as she kept up pace with Lance.

Although that voice didn't sound very feminine...argh, why am I thinking about this?

"I don't really get what you mean, but I ain't gonna question it." She turned to Nick with a shrug, before her eyes fell on a boy and woman leaving the hangar. "Hey!" She yelled out without as much as a greeting, her face contorted into a frown. "That Gummi Ship yours?"

"Well, it's not exactly ours," Archer replied blandly as a woman came up to them with a demanding look.

Aleri came to a complete halt, looking at the ship. "...Hm, it's a basic Highwind model, nothing special... I could build a better ship blindfolded while talking to a chipmunk. ...So, uh, I'm not gonna like your answer, lady, but what about me tells you I'm a girl?"

Nick shrugged, "Well, we kinda... borrowed it from some random guy in Traverse Town."

Aleri hung his head. "What about your form again, Lance? I'm pretty sure they were talking to me... Well, at least I've got the skills to make up for my appearance. So, uh, is there any problem here? I think their story checks out. I mean, I've never seen either of them before, but..."

"Tch. Rented, huh? Well, a ship's a ship..." Sylvia commented with a thoughtful frown, before bristling at the familiar voice again, turning sharply to glare at Aleri. "Look, I ain't got time to yap, so why don't you just-"

She paused, her eyes narrowing at a suspiciously familiar set of eyes, and nose, and facial structure. He ain't no lady, but there's something about him... "Wait...I know you..." She stepped towards him, looking intently in his eyes as she tried to recall his face. "Where, though...?"
