Roach grinned before taking another bite. Swallowing the morsel, Roach replied, "They're made from radroach meat. Delicious, right?"

Just as Roach tells them this, Max is about to take his first bite. Hearing this, he turns green slightly before setting the kebab back in its original position.

Naxius' eyes widened. "This was sterilized first, right?" He looked at the meat. "The meat isn't too bad if prepared well."

Seth looked at the meat for a good twenty seconds, then shrugged and began eating it again. "Meat is meat"

Roach finished off his kebab and tossed the metal stick back into his pack. Grinning at Naxius and Seth, he answered with, "If by sterilize you mean cook, then yes. Toss the kebab sticks in my pack if you please."

Max began sorting through his pack before pulling out a salisbury steak and digging into it.

Naxius finished his kebob and gave the stick to Roach. He then turned to Max as he began to eat his steak. He gave Max a WTF look.

"probably because you packed a steak while we're eating Radroach meat" Seth said putting the stick in Roach's bag and turning to face Max.

Max looks at them both with a confused look on his face. "What do you mean? The Overseer gave us all packs with the same supplies in them. I don't really trust my ability to keep roach down at the moment so I found an alternative."

Naxius promptly looked in his pack and found the supplies that Max was talking of. He promptly facepalmed.

“Well if yah want it there’s still more radroach on a stick" he stands up "I’m gonna go collect a few things for the morning I’ll be right back.” Roach walks to the back supply room and begins going through a locker packing things into a rucksack he grabbed of a shelf on the way. He finishes with the locker and returns to the others.

Tim had found a spot by Max, and a radroach on a stick. He knew he had eaten worse at the vault, so this wasn't like something new.

Slipping a spare Vault suit out of his pack and wadding it up, he places it behind his head and lays back against a shelf. "I think we should catch some sleep soon."

After a few more minutes of eating and talking, everyone eventually fell asleep. During the night, a few screams and gunshots are heard in the distance as the night passes. As the sun rises, Max slowly opens his eyes and stretches. Dusting off his jumpsuit, he stands up and starts putting his pack back together. Glancing at the sleeping forms around him, he takes a deep breath before shouting, "Wake up! It's time to go to school!"

Seth sat up, yawning and drew his revolvers from under his pack, and checked his ammo. "Both full" He muttered and looked at Roach. "Damn good question"

Naxius woke with a start. He jumped up and dusted himself off before delving into his pack and pulling out something to eat.

Roach smiles “Why not? Look If it bothers you that much Max I’ll stop ok?” he stretches,picks up his coat, and puts it back on “Inventory time” he reaches inside his coat “Let’s see left, right, Four, eight, and sixteen… yup all here.”

“Well to tell yah the truth it just seemed funny at the time.” His stomach growls “Anyone hungry, when I woke up I could swear I heard a radroach skitter by…”He spins around “Ah ha there you are!” a radroach appears on top of a shelf, roach reaches inside his coat draws a small knife and sends it flying between the roaches eyes. “Dead center…” he walks over to the roach and pulls his knife out wiping the blade off on his pants before slipping it back into his coat, he holds up the roach “So who wants roach sausage for breakfast?”
