Probably not, but you can use a PS2 emulator to play an english patched version of the game. Here's a vid I found using said method:

Eques, you'd have to spend like 80 dollars just to get the game and a friggin' mod chip for it, not to mention other bullcrap. If you've got a halfway decent computer, emulating would be so much easier. and internet material is fine for payment, just give me a day or two to figure this crap out.

The only game I really wanna play right now is Minecraft, but unfortunately, my computer is such an old model that it can't even handle the sh*tty, free, in-browser version.

I mean my ps2 is on the edge of enternal sleep from years stacked upon years of me gaming it into the night, so if I have to play engineer on my old friend, it's a risk I'm willing to take...poor poor Maximum....but yeah ill take a link or two.

And why not purchase the Xbox version of Minecraft?

I wouldn't saythat, I mean, there may not be a very wide selection of good games, but that doesn't mean that it's a bad console.
Of course, Minecraft is probably better on the PC, since it was originally made for it.

The guy who made it said that it's going to get the shaft on updates, so there's that. And he said no version will get updated and stuff as much as the PC version. And I hate the 360 on principle.

Yeah, the PS2 is better than the PS3. Better selection of games, better backwards compatibility, and when you were choosing whether to get a Gamecube, Xbox, or PS2, there was no damn question in your mind that the PS2 was top priority. PS3 may be technically better in most regards, but... it's just not the same.

Yeah I agree, it's upgraded version is just flashier and has more additions to to it, But the PS2 was really my first console, then it was Gamecube, then DS, Xbox, then the 360 for the purpose of Halo 3 and Reach, and DMC, but it can't beat DMC 3 and my other favorites....I loved it to death sadly...
