villian from hunchback of notre dame and his theme song entitled "HellFire"....and he still would not have beat scar in my opinion but he would have taken 2nd for me

Right, now I remember him. I actually never saw all of Hunchback of Notre Dame, but I know Judge Frollo from Kingdom Keepers IV.

I agree it still doesn't beat be prepared but I find the music in that whole movie some of the best from disney so frollo easily takes second with me

True 'dat! But to be honest, he's actually only my third favorite Disney Villain. Oogie's the second, and Shan-Yu's number 1.
