Minato: *shakes his head* Not true. The Dark Hour is the same plane though those without the "potential" don't expierence it. Normal people transmogrify into obsidian coffins during the extra hour of the day.
Elizabeth: *walks in* The Dark Hour spawns from negative emotions much like the Unversed. What it does is opens a spam of time in which Shadows like the creatures you fought can affect the world in order to create more negative emotion. If this goes unchecked the Dark Hour will eventually consume the entire day and eventually destroy the world or worlds it is affecting.
Minato: We can experience the Dark Hour because we are acceptant of our supressed selves. Without anything to hide our Shadow becomes a Persona which gives you the power to combat the shadows.

Minato: *crosses his arms* That's where we aren't sure. We can only tell if a Wild Card like myself with multiple personae is present on the world and trust me Wild Cards are a VERY rare kind of person. Most are killed in infancy by the shadows.

"I don't know, just worlds that we think might be affected," I said, scratching the back of my head, "But once again, just a thought. Any ideas on what worlds could be affected? The World That Never Was seems like an option."
