Here's the thing, though. FLZ hasn't appeared since we moved to TITAL, as far as I know. So for him...we'd need to recap the entirety of everything. I think the best option is to recap the most recent plot-arc, mention some new characters that have popped up, and tell him about the time-skip. Because honestly? I don't remember much that's happened. There was the Division, the fight with Nexas, and then there was X-Sigma. That's about all I can think of/differentiate from GFAQs.
