Kazuya stood, watching. He was tempted to help Xile. If the trio prevailed and came after him, he'd have trouble getting in the time to strike back. He didn't need to use all his magic power just to break out of a circle. Still, it was better than fighting four-on-one, as per Xile's threat. Then again...maybe there was a better solution. Was there an exit...?

<I know the feeling, but I'm permanently logged on, so even if I'm just browsing the topics, you can see me. Plus, I tend to go for the minor ones. I'm just gonna assume you weren't that bored.>

"So shall we continue Athez" said Jack "You take point."

"Eh, you're right." Blake said this as he sat down, motioning Nicole to sit by him.

Glancing around at everyone, Athez grinned slightly and started down the hallway again, declaring over his shoulder, "Let's see if the guards are willing to give up what we came for once we get there."

“So more interrogation of just keep killing till one decides to talk?” Jack replies and summons the pumpkinhead in his right hand.

[Aesoth]

"Why do we need to interrogate them? We already know where we are going." As he says this, Athez turns down a hallway and walks face-first into a door marked 'Max Security Checkpoint'.

"Hey you found the door" Jack smiles "Can I knock this time?"

[Aesoth]

"You can knock, I don't want to take all the fun," Athez answered with a grin.

"Yay this will be fun." Jack steps back and examines the door "Well this should be relatively easy." Jack slashes and "x" in the door with the pumkinhead then kicks it in. "Doors open."

[Aesoth]

"Well then," Athez said as electricity formed around his hands, "Let's not be rude and keep our hosts waiting, shall we?"

"Oh that would be rude but of course after you my good Sir." Jack waves his hand tword the doorway

[Aesoth]

"Why, thank you my good sir!" Stepping through the doorway, Athez stops almost as soon as he's in the room due to the sheer numbers of guns pointed at him.

Xile staggered, then managed to recover his balance before gaining his grip on his sword. Smirking deviously, he darts forward...

Only to be forcefully struck down by a bolt of light that tears through his chest, leaving a gaping wound and killing him from pain and internal organ damage isntantly.

"Thus ends the Nobody of my brightest pupil..."

Nicole sits down next to Blake, close but not intimately so. She draws her knees up to her chest and sighs contentedly.

Jack steps into the room and stops when a gun muzzel is pressed against his skull"Well this was not very unexpected" he turns to Athez "Should we act scared or laugh and tell them they're gonna need more bullets and bodybags?"

[Aesoth]

At that, the guard pressing his gun barrel to Jack's head started shouting, "Alright, I don't know how you punks got in here, but move another inch and I will take you down!"

Looking away from the row of guards, Athez smirks at Jack and tells him, "We probably shouldn't waste the time playing along."

"Fine by me." Jack quickly grabs the guard by the neck and tosses him tword the others "So lets makes short work of them" he dashes into the crowd slashing wildly

[Aesoth]

Grinning, Athez watches as all the guards pull their triggers in an attempt to stop Jack. As they start to panic, Athez closes his fist and flattens every gun. Before they can react, he shoots a pulse of electricity at them, electrocuting a good portion of them.

Blake smiled. The water was glistening. He then said,"Why isn't it always this peaceful..."

"I think its time to end this" Jack removes a small grey ball from his pocket "You all have three seconds to drop you weapons or you will all die."

Athez immediately froze and dropped his daggers on the ground.

Zexion, Lexaeus, and Vexen looked on at the body in heartache, each of them dispelling their weapons. "Thank you, the two of you... I never thought that this would come to pass. I'll take my leave now... I have to go make sure of something." Lexaeus put a hand on Zexion's shoulder. "Don't be a stranger." The two walked off as Zexion headed towards an entry point he had calculated for a while. Upon exiting the DC, Zexion was in his pupil's old room, but now three figures were also there: Aeris, Ienzo, and Xile... but not quite Xile. He was different now, his body changed to be more lean and less muscled. He appeared to be sleeping. Slowly, he stirred, and upon noticing Zexion, reached for his sword... but it was gone. "What now?!" he barked at Zexion. "Why me?! I'm less than useless now!" Zexion smiled sadly. "You still retain most of your power, however... you are now human again. It was the only gift I could think to give you." Xile, now Lei, looked askance at him. "So what? Now you're going to kill me?" Aeris shook her head. "No. I told him it was wrong to do what he did... he did it for you at my beckoning," she interjects. "I wanted you to have your own life again, Lei... and perhaps for you to be one of us. I know you were an orphan, so... what do you say?" Lei seems shocked by this, but turns away. "I might think about it." Zexion nods, content. "We won't force you. Just know that the option is open." Zexion leaves with his wife and son, leaving Lei curled up on his bed, sitting against the wall

Tears on his face.

And a smile on his lips.

Naxwsh stepped out of a Dark Corridor into the main plaza of Traverse town he closed his eyes as it retracted behind him and looked up to the clear, dark sky.
He was excited for what was ahead in the coming months. There would be a lot of planning to do.

Aeris follows Zexion to his old room, and enters with Ienzo in tow. "Dear? I'm sorry, but I was needing some fresh air... would you mind making a DC for me to access Traverse Town?"

Zexion smiled softly. "Not a problem." He opens up a Dark Corridor, and after quickly donning her Dark Coat, Aeris heads through. Upon exiting, she finds a lone man staring at the stars. Walking up to him, she murmurs her old phrase, "Dilly dally shilly shally."

"Oh!" Naxwsh said, snapping out of his stupor.
"I'm sorry, what was that?"

"Dilly Dally Shilly Shally. It's an old saying of mine," Aeris says with a giggle. "What are you doing here?"
