Aleri flickered and disappeared in midair, reappearing on Dante's other side, with the same velocity as he had been thrown. "Not the best move!" He channeled all his momentum into a kick.

Dispatch went in and fell right in a body of water and body of White.

Right in the Jacuzzi of Castle Asylum.

"Well at least we're home" He groaned.

Nick sighed nodding his head, "That's the tricky part." His eyes closed in exasperation temporarily, "He's not human that's for sure..."

He trailed off trying to find an appropriate way to word the explanation, "The closest thing that I can compare him to is a Heartless; he is a tangible creature but, he's by no means natural."

Dispatch swam up to the top. "How exactly did we get here without flooding Port Royal?" he asked, pulling himself out of the water. "And we got closer than I expected at any rate. You're getting better at that."

Nick couldn't help but give an uneasy smile. "Again with the difficult questions, Archer," he paused for amoment thinking it over, "Match was created from me. However, he's now grown so powerful that he no longer needs my presence in order to exist."

He leaned back in the chair he sat in. "To answer the first question, yes, he is technically a part of my soul, magnified to be much more aggressive and destructive. That, is a Wild Card's shadow," He stated in a grim demeanor.

Dante did the only thing he aside from taking the hit. He backflipped once, twice, then got ready tto fight again.

"Sounds rough...I was trapped in that other castle for a few weeks myself. If I didn't steal a few candy bars before the heartless invasion on Traverse Town I'd die of starvation. If Alex didn't show up. I'd die, or worse. Join the Division. That Daxma guy was there too".

The look on his face was priceless.

Aleri's kick had a lot of force behind it. So much, in fact, that when Dante was no longer in the path of the attack... it failed horribly. He continued to fly, now tumbling through the air towards the crystal wall, no longer in control of his velocity. His confidence had changed to a look of total shock and incredulity. At least, before he slammed facefirst into hard, prismatic solidity.

"...N...note to self: Never... agree to a fistfight... ever."

Aleri lethargically stood up. He clutched his head dazedy, then brushed himself off. "Ugh... that's it, back to REAL fighting." He summoned Broken Soul, twirling it in his fingertips to restore some sense of kinetics to his scrambled brain.

Aleri cracked his knuckles. "Oh, please. I could've beaten you down by now if I weren't too busy trying to keep my attacks on a reasonably low level." He raised one hand to the sky. "...This is why I'm not somebody to mess around with."

A blue column of light shot down from the sky, crashing into the ground next to Dante. "Don't think it's so easy to beat somebody like me. And only Slow stacks, Haste does not. Great job wasting MP!" Several more columns came down, this time actually aimed for the boy.

"Run, run, or you'll be well-done! ...Where'd that one come from? Bleh."

Dante start rapidly dodging the beams, though he never knew where they were coming from until they fell, he got a few burns and a small gash when he had to turn to avoid a shower of debris. He turned and cast Slow at Aleri as fast as he could before he had to avoid another beam.

Aleri smirked as Dante was returned to normal speed, while his own was unaffected. "Nice try, but I cast Reflect on myself some time ago."

The beams kept coming down. "See? I'm not a pushover. Now, then..." The beams stopped. "...It think it's fair that I give you a few seconds."

He chuckled. "I never say you were a pushover" he said as he stood up and cast a cure on himself, then got out a ether. Yeah he swiped it while he had Aleri by the leg, then drank it.

"You gave me the impression that you weren't taking things seriously." Aleri sighed. "It's hard to tell sometimes, even with me." He tightly grasped the hilt of his keyblade, and slid into a ready stance, the green glow of Reflect disappearing. "Come at me with everything!"
